- Sourcemap offers hardware components and electronics for sale online. All products are subject to availability.
- Our products and services are available only within Karnataka, India. We do not ship or sell outside of this region.
- There are no specific age restrictions for purchasing from our website. However, users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- We accept payments through Razorpay, which includes options for card payments and UPI. We do not offer cash on delivery.
- All content on the Sourcemap website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sourcemap and protected by Indian copyright laws.
- Sourcemap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically as applicable in Karnataka.

3. Shipping Policy
- We currently ship only within Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- Shipping Times:
- For Zone 0 orders placed before 3:00 PM: Same-day shipping
- For Zone 1 orders: 72 hour doorstep delivery
- For Zone 2 and rest of Bengaluru: 3–5 standard doorstep delivery
- We currently offer only one type of shipping. Accommodations are unable at this time.
- If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for further instructions.
- We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping outside of Karnataka, India.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Policy
- We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
- We offer full refunds under the following conditions:
- The merchandise must be returned to the company at the user's expense.
- The item must be in unused condition.
- The refund will be processed only after full verification of the returned item.
- Returns are accepted only for defective products.
- Goods must be returned in their original state with no signs of use.
- No refunds are offered on consumables and goods such as wire, glue, etc.
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
- Include your order number and reason for return with the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at our expense.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
