  2. Sourcemap offers hardware components and electronics for sale online. All products are subject to availability.
  3. Our products and services are available only within Karnataka, India. We do not ship or sell outside of this region.
  4. There are no specific age restrictions for purchasing from our website. However, users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  5. We accept payments through Razorpay, which includes options for card payments and UPI. We do not offer cash on delivery.
  6. All content on the Sourcemap website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sourcemap and protected by Indian copyright laws.
  7. Sourcemap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
  8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically as applicable in Karnataka.

3. Shipping Policy

  1. We currently ship only within Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
  2. Shipping Times:
    • For Zone 0 orders placed before 3:00 PM: Same-day shipping
    • For Zone 1 orders: 72 hour doorstep delivery
    • For Zone 2 and rest of Bengaluru: 3–5 standard doorstep delivery
  3. We currently offer only one type of shipping. Accommodations are unable at this time.
  4. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  5. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for further instructions.
  6. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping outside of Karnataka, India.

4. Cancellations and Refunds Policy

  1. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
  2. We offer full refunds under the following conditions:
    • The merchandise must be returned to the company at the user's expense.
    • The item must be in unused condition.
    • The refund will be processed only after full verification of the returned item.
  3. Returns are accepted only for defective products.
  4. Goods must be returned in their original state with no signs of use.
  5. No refunds are offered on consumables and goods such as wire, glue, etc.
  6. Return Process:
    • Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
    • Include your order number and reason for return with the package.
  7. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  8. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at our expense.
  9. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
